The purpose of this book is to enlighten the specialists who understand ¿ and can anticipate ¿ the legal issues that arise when the worlds of internet and commerce meet.
She is an associate professor working with Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University, Visakhapatnam. Her areas of specialization include International Trade Law, E-commerce Law, Intellectual Property Law and Tax Law. She published three books, also published more than 120 publications in reputed international and national journals.
