This Research work reports the description of FMEA methodology, its implementation in Rapsri Industries Ltd., Division of foundry in reducing rejections of bushes. FMEA is used as a tool to assure products quality as a mean to improve operational performance of the process. Die casting processes was thoroughly monitored to check various parameters which were causing rejections by conducting few experiments. Dr.Piyush Kumar Pareek is currently associated with East Institute of Technology,Bengaluru. His research interests includes Computer Architecture,Signal and Image Processing, Software Engineering and Machine Learning. He is a Research Supervisor in Visvesvaraya Technological University.
