¿Mohamed Ben Ahmed, Associate Professor of computer sciences at Abdelmalek Essaâdi University-Morocco, he received the PhD degree in computer sciences and telecommunications, in 2010 from Abdelmalek Essaâdi University. His researches are about data mining, routing in wireless sensor networks and smart and sustainable cities. He is currently a supervisor of several thesis and investigator in several international research projects about smart cities. He is author of more than thirty papers published in international journals and conferences. He is the co-editor of Springer innovations in smart cities applications book. He is a chair and a committee member of several international conferences.
Sehl Mellouli is a professor at the department of Management Information Systems at Université Laval, Quebec City, Canada since June 2005. Professor Mellouli research interests are related to smart cities, smart government, artificial intelligence, business intelligence, and natural language processing techniques. He has publications in highly ranked journals and conferences. Professor Mellouli was involved in the last years in research projects with a total amount of more than 10 million dollars. Professor Mellouli is serving as an advisor for different governments and institutions. He is currently the president of the Digital Government Society. Professor Mellouli has a Phd in Computer Science from Université Laval, a MBA in Management Information Systems from Université Laval and an engineer degree in computer science from the Ecole Nationale des Sciences Informatiques, Tunisia.
Luís Bragança is PhD, MSc and Licentiate in Civil Engineering and is Professor at the Civil Engineering Department of the School of Engineering of University of Minho, Portugal. He is the coordinator of the international post-graduation programmes (PhD and MSc) in Sustainable Built Environment, coordinator of the MSc in Sustainable Construction and Rehabilitation, director of the Building Physics and Construction Technology Laboratory and director of the Energy and Sustainable Building Laboratory. Professor Luís Bragança is the President of the International Initiative for a Sustainable BuiltEnvironment (iiSBE) since 2011.
Anouar Abdelhakim Boudhir is currently an associate professor at the Faculty of Sciences and Technique of Tangier. His key research relates to WSN, IoT, Big Data, Computer Healthcare Applications, Security Applications. He received the HDR degree from abdelmalek essadi university, he is the co-author of several papers published in high indexed journals and conference. His supervise several thesis about E-healthcare.
Bernadetta Kwintiana Ane is a Senior Research Associate at the Institute of Computer-aided Product Development Systems, University of Stuttgart in Germany. She has been working in various European projects since 2007. Currently, she is also a professor in Computer Science at Crescent Institute Science and Technology, India with specialization in Artificial Intelligence for application in automotive engineering, industrial automation, as well as in-silico modelling in cancer for healthcare. She is a fellow of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation and German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) in Germany, as well as Monbukagakusho granted by the Japanese Government. She won various international research grants and implemented 12 multilateral research projects between Germany, Czech Republic, Hungary, Netherland, France, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Estonia, United Kingdom, and India. Presently, as a Humboldtian, DAAD and IEEE member she serves internationally as a research fellow for several research centers in various countries. At the same time, she also serves as an associate editor for international Journal of Applied Soft Computing, Elsevier, Journal of Intelligent Automationand Soft-Computing, Taylor & Francis, and grant assessor for Czech Science Academy, Czech Republic.
