Gabby Grant studied illustration at the University of Westminster and pursued a career as a prop maker for film and TV, as well as an illustrator for picture books and educational publishing. Her clients include Macmillan Publishers, the Polka Theatre, and the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children. Gabby loves drawing children, grumpy cats, and crocodiles but is happy as long as she is creating something. Chasing Rainbows is her first book as author/illustrator.
"Emmy is stuck inside on a wet and miserable day, the whole world seems terribly grey. But then her dad suggests they go out and chase a rainbow! Rainbows can be shy and elusive, but by following some brightly hued clues Emmy discovers you can find colour in the unlikeliest places."--Publisher's description
