Biografische Anmerkung

Are you a people watcher because you have interest in the world of persons around you and engaged in so many different activities? These thirty-three short stories capsulate many different orientations in people. Many diverse and interesting situations are zoomed forward so that we can be entertained and maybe laugh. When we laugh at the antics portrayed in these stories, we are laughing at ourselves.

Carlos V. Cornejo is a native San Franciscan. He attended their public schools
K-12 and then went on to receive his B.A. and two Masters Degrees from San
Francisco State University. He served in the U.S. Marines in the Korean War. The
G.I. Bill allowed him to become a secondary school teacher and ultimately he
was elected Superintendent of San Francisco School District. His experience
spans 40 years in a multitude of capabilities in education. He has travelled the
world extensively, especially in Europe and Asia, Mexico and the United States.
He is now retired and spends time listening, thinking, writing, and expanding
his world view by talking with people and engaging in gardening.
He loves life because he continues his writing and interacting with interesting
people of all cultures. He is thankful that he is still attracted to learning and
discovering new friends and acquaintances.
His personal philosophy is that all of us want to be happy and should.
