This book extends current literature on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in schools. It sets out to critically analyze and examine teachers' OCB from a contextual perspective and to display the concept's uniqueness in the context of school, its dimensions, boundaries, antecedents and consequences from a multi-level perspective.
