These recipes follow on from the previous groundbreaking book called THE HUNGER HERO DIET©: How to Lose Weight and Break the Depression Cycle - Without Exercise, Drugs or Surgery. Kathryn has achieved academically across five biomedical and behavioural science degrees, worked as a Telehealth Counsellor and Psychotherapist helping remote health workers, and has authored numerous magazine articles on food and nutrition. She is now a full-time writer.
