Watching Clouds is the second book in the nature series from children's author and illustrator Tracy Stanley.
This gentle book leads the reader on a wistful journey through the sky and back to earth, while day dreaming images like children laying in the grass watching the clouds and the wind changing the cloud shapes, brings the reader along on this imaginative path. This book helps people remember the old fashioned practice of watching clouds, which can bring calmness and joy.
I started my career in global companies including Xerox and British Airways and later joined Amadeus. I was fascinated by how changes were made across the business in multiple countries and cultures. I spent five years as a change manager on a global customer relationship management deployment project, five years leading organisational development projects, four years in knowledge management, and two years as an individual transition coach.
When I came home to Australia after many years abroad, I was surprised by the proliferation of short-term change management vacancies, often asking for skills in digital transformation. I wanted to know more. This is what prompted me to write this book of change stories.
