In the affluent Palm Beach County, Florida, Jean Pierre is trying hard to make a difference with troubled kids at a local Youth Center.
"Wicks" is a newly released convict, out from an overturned 66 year sentence in the FEDs for nonviolent, victimless drug and gun possession charges. He is a murderer, a gangsta, and an ex Haitian Sensations member, as well as an alter ego to Jean Pierre. Shelby Nash is a decorated and accomplished Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office homicide detective, a widow still blaming herself for the loss of her husband, and also a murderer. She is perfect in Jean's eyes and greatly admired by Wicks. EJ is just recently returning from Afghanistan after a bitter war on terror has ended. He is thrown into a blender after a chance meeting where sparks ignite with Liz Felix, a Gulf Cartel Boss' favorite niece. A Gulf Cartel under boss is planning to pull a coup, during which time, millions go missing from the Taqueria restaurant and two upper echelon members are murdered with evidence left at both scenes making it look as if the Haitian Sensations Cartel is responsible. Meanwhile, his Haitian Sensations counterpart is trying to build a new world order, and working behind both scenes. Will either of them accomplish their progressive goals? Will EJ and Liz's mutual affection survive a trial of morals with families that are conflicting with one another? Will Shelby and Jean's love develop and survive, as they are spending a lot of time together at the Youth Center, and conspiring to start a war between two drug cartels.
