Introduction to Public Law offers a new approach to public law, defined as the law of the public good, by drawing on historical and comparative analysis of England, France, Germany and the United States.
Elisabeth Zoller, (Docteur en droit, Agrégée de droit public) is Professor of Public Law in the Law School at the University of Paris II (Panthéon-Assas ) where she teaches constitutional law and comparative public law. She has published extensively in international law (Peacetime Unilateral Remedies: An Analysis of Countermeasures, Transnational Publishers, 1984), and more recently in constitutional and comparative public law.
