Isidoro Zanotti+ was a Brazilian jurist who has worked for thirty years with special dedication, ability and competence for the Organization of American States (OAS) in Washington, D.C. as Director of the Division of Codification of International Law and Deputy Director of the Department of Legal Affairs. He was an expert on international and inter-American legal matters.
Edgardo Rotman is an expert in extradition law who teaches international and comparative law related subjects at the University of Miami School of Law. He has published four books and numerous articles in leading American, European and Latin-American journals.
