Low back pain is one of the most frequent problems existing throughout the world. Low back pain is a common health problem in human being about 80 to 90 % of people have experienced. Chronic non-specific low back pain include pain duration in the posterior lumbar region for more than 12 weeks or the duration of back pain greater than 7-12 weeks. Non-specific low back pain is small proportion of cases low back pain can be indicative of serious spinal pathology, nerve root compromise; or damage to a specific structure in the lumbar spine, Some specific causes of low back pain include disc injury, spinal stenosis, inflammatory conditions, some degenerative conditions, infection or neoplasm, metabolic bone disease, referred pain, psychogenic pain, trauma and congenital disorders. The study concludes that using of ¿Pilates Exercise¿ effective on reducing pain, improve the abdominal muscle strength and early functional recovery on chronic non-specific low back pain patients. The result from this study indicated, that pilates exercise used on reducing pain and abdominal strengthen in chronic non-specific low back pain patients.
