This study examines the factors influences employee turnover in Malaysian commercial banking industry. This study has identified 5 main factors why employees quit their job. A quantitative research method was used to collect the primary data by using questionnaire. A sample size of 150 respondents from various commercial banking employees was participated in this research project to infer a valid and reliable data to support the hypothesis.
