Biografische Anmerkung

This book is entitled, ¿Change vs. Crisis¿ and was inspired by the recent historical events occurring from 2007 - 2012. An integral part of this book concentrates on the global financial crisis and the significant impacts that have resulted from it. This book is deemed to be an excellent medium to present to the rest of the world, a Caribbean perspective, of how small island states are affected by global economic policies. President of the United States, Barack Obama, is featured extensively in the book, as he has been undeniably identified as the key agent for ¿Change¿ within the 21st century. The crisis that we once faced, need not have been so devastating. Instead, we could have looked at the possibilities of how ¿CHANGE¿ could make a better world for us. If we embrace ¿CHANGE¿ for the better, our individualistic perspectives could allow for greater ¿PEACE¿, to cure the challenges that have affected our societies and communities, overtime.
