Graciela H. Tonon is Full Professor School of Social Sciences, Universidad de Palermo, Argentina where she teaches courses on quality of life and social science research methods, and Full Professor, School of Social Sciences at the Universidad Nacional de Lomas de Zamora, Argentina, where she teaches courses on community social work, and children's vulnerability. Graciela is Vice-president of Publications of the International Society for Quality of Life Studies (2019-2022), series editor of the International Handbooks of Quality of Life Series (ISQOLS-Springer), Editor of Book Review Section of the journal Applied Research in Quality of Life (ISQOLS-Springer), Director of the Journal de Ciencias Sociales, Universidad de Palermo, and Secretary of the Human Development and Capability Association (2016-2022). She has authored 25 books, 6 in English and 19 in Spanish, authored 81 book chapters in English and Spanish, authored 59 scientific articles in to in peer-reviewed journals, and directed 34 research projects. Graciela received the ISQOLS Distinguish Service Award for Substantial Contributing to a Better Understanding of Quality of Life Studies in 2016.
