Tales are based on the author's experiences with some exaggerations and twists from reality.
The author entered military service at the age of sixteen and served as a military policeman, MP investigator, customs investigator, and drill sergeant, followed by experiences as a Pinkerton private investigator, a personnel head hunter, a truck driver and a private policeman.
