Biografische Anmerkung

Why do we strive to do the things we do? To make money, to experience different things, to feel fulfilled ourselves, or to help others to feel the same? It all boils down to finding and feeling happiness!
Live Happy delves into the science of happiness - what happens in our bodies when we feel happy, what external factors make us happy, and what we can do about finding and sustaining these positive feelings.
Divided into three comprehensive sections, Live Happy looks at the practical ways to move and relax our bodies, how to eat better to feel better, and provides tips and exercises to practice improving and sustaining happiness, so you can live a happier life!

Rebecca Myers is the author of several award-winning travel and nature stories. She has been an environmental educator, writer, and storyteller.During her childhood, her parents took their family on camping trips and nature hikes in our great national and state parks all over the United States. At an early age, she felt a kinship with trees, birds, and other animals. When she was 3 years old, she met the giant sequoia trees for the first time. She liked them and felt they liked her, too. Now a grandmother, she wants her grandchildren and all children to love, respect, and honor the Earth as a living entity and to give back to the Earth as a legacy for generations to come.
