Biografische Anmerkung

Gurvan, a clone soldier of the Terran Coalition, was designed to participate in an age-old space conflict...the origins of which have been long forgotten.

Born in 1978 in Paris, Mathieu Mariolle is a comic book writer who, from an early age, has been immersed in Franco-Belgian classics such as Blueberry, The Incal, and Les Passagers du Vent.

After studies and a career as a translator, in 2004 he signed Pixie, his first book, drawn by Aurore Demily and published by Delcourt. He then worked on a variety of different series including the crime thriller De sang froid (Delcourt), the comic book adaptation of Foot 2 Rue (Soleil), the spin-off saga Les Mondes de Thorgal - Kriss de Valnor (Le Lombard), as well as the eponymous albums of the video artist Nota Bene (Soleil), specializing in historical popularization.

Mathieu Mariolle currently lives in Essonne.

Born in Italy in 1988. Graduated at the Academy of Fine Arts of Naples and at the Italian School of Comics "Comix" in 2010, she started drawing for the publishing house GG Studio during her studies, from 2009 to 2013.

In 2010, she participated in the detective project "Nero Napoletano," published by the Italian newspaper Il Corriere. As a cover artist and illustrator, for GG Studio, she realized the fourth and final issue of the successful series Red House Road, the fifth book of Mediterranea and the first three books of Extinction Seed for the American market. She then took the lead on Big Dog Ink's Knightingail project, producing the third series, entitled Dawn of Destiny. In the same years, she worked on Jabal Entertainment's graphic novel, Blades of Hope. In 2016, she began working for the Canadian publisher Red 5 Comics on the dark thriller Keyser Soze: Scorched Earth, a sequel to The Usual Suspects.

At the moment, she is collaborating with Nicolas Mitric and Gihef for Humanoids on the Sirens project, for which she has the great opportunity to draw her favorite characters, precisely, mermaids.
