Dr. Mark A. Hicks is an author, ghostwriter, counselor, minister, and relationship specialist. Growing up in East Tennessee, he was fortunate to experience love as part of a healthy family unit, but that wasn’t enough to avert relationship disaster. As a young man, he found himself in a toxic first marriage, culminating in a painful divorce. That experience encouraged Mark to seek an understanding of love on its deepest levels. With advanced degrees in the areas of psychology and theology, Mark applies his vast experience to teaching a practical, real-life understanding of love and how to build healthy, happy, thriving relationships in every area of life.
