Katie Clark has been telling stories since she was a kid. When she grew up and realized people liked hearing the stories, well, she was hooked. Katie is the author of the "Enslaved" series and the "Beguiled" series with Watershed Books, an imprint of Pelican Book Group. She lives in Alabama with her husband, daughter Ashlyn, and their three furry babies (all cats). She's active in her local church and has a big heart for pediatric cancer charities such as St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, who worked hard for six long years to keep her oldest daughter, Emma, alive and well. Sweet Emma went home to Jesus in June 2016 at the age of ten years old.
