The Elite team is created to remove personnel who want to create terror, espionage, war from their position of power, and put on trail in world court or removed from existence.

Terry was born and raised in Ohio. After graduating high school in 1964, he entered the military. During his time in the military he saw action in Vietnam and several other paces. Retired from the military Terry worked for a couple major companies before retiring for good. He lives in New Philadelphia with his wife and daughter and he also has a son retired from the military
