Jenny Cooper has been a freelance illustrator for 25 years and has worked on more than 70 picture books, including The Littlest Llama (Sterling 2008), which sold nearly 15,000 copies. Her art has been influenced by the three years she spent living in Western Samoa where she taught at Samoa High School. Jenny continues to work on books that are relevant to very young Maori and Pacific children. She lives in Christchurch, New Zealand.
Everyone loves the song "Do Your Ears Hang Low?"--and Jenny Cooper's adorable illustrations will have everyone singing with joy! A little mouse leads the fun as it plays with a bloodhound's floppy, silky ears; a llama's perky, fuzzy ones; a rabbit's saggy, soft ears; and a piglet's flappy, happy ears. A mirrored spread invites children right into the book, and entertaining "ear" facts complete the picture!
