Bruce Wilson was called up for National Service into the Australian Army, serving in Vietnam from 1969 - 1970. He recorded all his day to day activities in a pocket diary during his period of active service. Together with details from letters that he mailed home to his family, this published diary records accurate details of an average Australian soldier at war in Vietnam.
