The Power of Love is an inspirational story that follows Dr. Megan Bartlett, M.D. from Monterey California as she serendipitously encounters Marco Giannelli an Italian environmental scientist on a flight from San Jose to Boston. They find their instant union transcends the usual casual meetings of strangers as they swim in each other's dreams. Megan is elated to have this connection with him, but she is taken aback when hers and her children's lives are threatened by the oil cartels pursuing Marco because of his work in alternative energy production. Marco must find the strength to confront Peter MacDonald, his nemesis, who works for the cartels. Marco's family, his sister and brother, his Dutch father, and his Italian mother and must all assist Marco in their own ways to draw Peter into their circle of love. Megan's western medical training is challenged, as she must embrace the healing power of love in order to join Marco and his family in the transformation of Peter from nemesis to ally.
