Yun Li, Senior Engineer of the China Academy of Space Technology, Xi'an. He is an expert in the field of aerospace microwave technology, co-authored over 40 papers, and is the inventor of over 35 licensed patents.

Hongtai Zhang, President of the China Academy of Space Technology, and he is a full member of The International Academy of Astronautics (IAA) and academician of Russian Academy of Cosmonautics.
