Biografische Anmerkung

The Official Leadership Checklist and Diary for Project Management Professionals is the consummate thought guide and performance tracker for PMP professionals to employ and deploy successful project leadership strategies. Most publications focus on the technical aspects of project management while giving little attention to the leadership aspects. This practical guide is designed to be a unique and personal leadership enhancing complement to the preeminent global standard for Project Management as set forth in the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK®).
The book contains an insightful and concise introduction to The Seven Habits of Successful Project Leaders(TM), a set of Project Leadership Checklists and a confidential Project Leadership Diary.
The Seven Habits of Successful Project Leaders(TM) succinctly reveals how any Project Professional can benefit from a deeper understanding of Industry and PMI best practices in:
Project Communications;
Team Building;
Change Management;
Visioning;
Problem Solving;
Project Quality and
Confidence Building.
The Project Leadership Checklists contain reassuring "phase-by-phase" affirmations of specific actions that should be taken during each project phase to increase a Project Manager's leadership presence and influence. Unlike typical project questionnaires, the Project Leadership Checklists are designed to be consulted daily during each phase of the project to benefit from its experience-based wisdom, vision and direction.
The Project Leadership Diary uniquely complements the Project Leadership Checklist. The Leadership Diary plays a vital role in the process of strengthening leadership presence and influence on any type of project. The Project Leadership Diary is structured to become a personal reflective journal - one you can refer to several times a day as a dashboard for your leadership accomplishments. At the end of the project, the Project Manager will own a "private reflective journal" to reference later for further development, to serve as a retrospective with his or her and to share with other project managers to help them enhance and grow their professional performance.
Based on reviews by many successful Program Management Professionals, The Official Leadership Checklist and Diary should instantly become one of the most valued and trusted tools in every successful Project Manager's toolkit and for mentors to gift to their protégés.
