Strategies for creating successful residential or mixed-use projects centered around farms or community gardens are illustrated in this publication. Included are eight best practice areas to aid developers and their partners in planning, creating, and operating agrihoods.

Matthew Norris is a senior manager of content at the Urban Land Institute.
