Lebanese poet, writer, and critic, Henri Zoghaib is a leading cultural figure in the Arab world. His poetry, at once tightly condensed and intensely emotional, has been translated into several languages. Henri Zoghaib is a Lebanese poet with many books to his credit, including poetry, criticism, and translation. Born in Lebanon (1948), he has been a principal monitor of many cultural circles in his country, where he founded the poetry magazine L'Odyssee (1982).
