Jim Beckett has written pretty much everything - short stories, poetry, plays, sitcoms, rock opera, stand-up - but it is the middle grade comedy adventure novel that most excites him, and he cannot wait to introduce The Caravan at the Edge of Doom to the world.
Jim is one half of acclaimed comedy double act and Edinburgh festival favourites, Bob and Jim. He is also an English teacher in a south London secondary school.

Olia was born in Uman, Ukraine. After studying graphic design, two years ago she decided to try her hand at illustration. In doing so she discovered her passion for illustrating stories and hasn't looked back since.
