Sujian Guo is professor in the Department of Political Science, director of Center for US-China Policy Studies at San Francisco State University, and editor of the Journal of Chinese Political Science. Shiping Hua is associate professor of political science and associate director of the Institute for Democracy and Development at The University of Louisville.
