Bowman has been a National Association of Schools of Public Affairs and Administration Faculty Fellow as well as Kellogg Foundation Fellow.
FREDERICK A. ELLISTON was, at the time of his death in 1987, a visiting professor of philosophy at the University of Hawaii.
