He has been a principal scientist on an EU research project investigating EU governance and agri-environmental policy, and is coordinating a project on innovation in European agriculture and policy-making. Julian Clark has held a number of posts including research associate at the Institute of European Environmental Policy in London, Committee Specialist to the House of Commons Select Committ for Agriculture. Has written reports and papers on EU environmental policy and agriculture for Dutch Ministry of Agriculture, Nature Management, UK Department of the Environment.
